vintage 1930s Boy Scouts shirt BSA uniform button front OD 36 inch chest / unisex XS
Boy Scouts of America uniform shirt, circa 1930s vintage.
Collarless, V- neckline, baseball style button front placket with shirttail hem.
Patch pockets with buttoned flap closures on both sides of the chest.
"BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA" is embroidered in red thread on the patch over the right chest pocket.
Buttons are original- the pocket buttons and three of the four placket buttons are nut brown resin with crest and "be prepared" motto along the bottom edge; the last button is also original but plain, as it would have been tucked in below the waistline.
Two ply shoulders, set in sleeves.
Condition is good to very good- there are some minor snags, marks and discolorations, as well as a small hole above the name patch (Evan Baker) at the left lower hem. Very clean overall, fabric is sturdy- tons of life left in this approximately 80 year old shirt!

this is likely a youth boys M to L and measures to a very small Men's XS or a Women's XS to S
