vintage 1980s gray leather clutch bag Carlo Fiori patchwork python cross body purse
Gray leather Carlo Fiori hinge top clutch with optional cross body shoulder strap, circa 1980s vintage.
The front panel has exotic patchwork design including stars in python and snakeskin, wavy shapes in lizard, gold metal studs accenting, logo CF oval.
Natural color lizard (looks like karung) piping along the side and bottom seam.
Black and gray whipstitch detail seaming along the front and back panels.
Shoulder strap is narrow, and knots at the top for a perfect drop length; accented with two leather tassels at the apex.
Fully lined in matching gray moleskin, with inner pocket and logo plaque on the back wall.
Condition is excellent- easily a solid 9.5 to 9.75 on a scale of 1- 10.
No signs of wear or use.
All stitching is in tact and tight.
Obviously, some very minor variations to the skins - as is natural, but no issues to report.
A stellar vintage bag!

12" wide across the widest point of the body
7- 3/4" high
1- 3/4" deep at bottom at corner seams- this is fairly narrow and will expand with contents- shown stuffed
the strap is 42" long (21" drop from shoulder), easily tucked inside for use as a clutch
