vintage 1940s enamel pitcher English metal measuring jug 64 oz / 2000 Gr.
Vintage white enamelware measuring pitcher, circa 1940s, English and possibly used as medical supply. Fairly weighty metal base (1 lb., 4 oz.), white enamel coating, rolled dark blue enamel lip and pour spout. "Gr.2000 Oz 64" on the front in blue lettering, with measuring scale on inner wall, as shown.
Some chips, losses to the enamel outer and inner, though no major dents, dings to the body. Wonderful addition to medical, barware, farmhouse or cottage chic, enamelware or graniteware collection, even as a vase. A really charming piece!
