vintage 1990s glasses frames GUCCI Tom Ford tortoise eyeglasses Fendi case
Authentic early 1990s Gucci tortoiseshell effect plastic glasses frames- designed by Tom Ford.
Narrower, owl shape subtle gold "GUCCI" markings on the temples.
Flex hinges allow for the arms to bend out a bit- a nice feature.
"GG 1157/" on the inner left arm, "51 21 Gucci made in Italy 135" on the inner right arm.
Very slight fading to the gold "GUCCI" inset markings at the temples- in otherwise excellent pre- owned condition.
While I do not have the original case, an authentic Fendi logo stripe glasses case from the same era is included- and the Gucci frames fit this streamlined case very well. Some light wear to case, as shown.
Prescription lenses are in place- these will need to be changed out; lovely as glasses or sunglasses!
Any needed adjustments must be done by a skilled optician or optical shop, and always at your risk - frames are sold as shown and as- is.
