White cotton jersey anchor and life preserver print halter top, double ply. JC Penney Fashions label. Blue anchors, orangey-red life preservers throughout. Probably b best on an A or smallish B cup size - very little to no actual support. 

In great condition- you can all but see the pattern on the fabric through both sides, but no staining or issues. No size or fabric tag - looks and feels like a mostly cotton blend jersey. Absolutely adorable!
