Signed Flamand organic maple wood sculpture carving with raw burl / natural edge exposed side, circa 1970s - 1980s vintage. Sinuous, curvy shape- very smooth and tactile in the hand. Green abstract trapezoidal slate stone base- attached with hidden screw, the wood can be turned to your liking.
Condition of the carved wooden sculpture is excellent. There are some light surface scratches to the stone base, as shown. A really striking piece, at home in any setting- with streamlined modern, Mid- Century, etc.
