Circa 1950s black leather zip top mini Dopp kit with "PROPPER U S" on the front-  I was told this was a pouch for a blood pressure cuff- from the estate of a military service family with quite a few medics- and the size seems about right.

Rectangular shape with slightly rounded top corners. Brass tone metal zip goes most of the way down the sides. Unlined / natural suede interior. Very sturdy, lower quality leather with some light wear, as shown. Gold embossing shows some losses. Exceedingly clean interior. Obviously vintage, but presents very well.

Perfect as a kooky clutch bag, make- up kit, chargers for travel, camera pouch, etc. A very cool little pouch!
