Black heavy- duty cotton field style jacket with tartan lining by EuroWear of England- both oiled and wax proofed, circa 1970s vintage, tagged size M.

Stand up collar is lined in black wide whale corduroy and has metal grommeted strap with metal buckle overlay closure. Extra large YKK silver metal zip front with two ply placket overlay and silver metal snaps. Fully lined in lightweight cotton plaid Dress Gordon tartan flannel. Adjustable snap closures at cuffs.

Two ply reinforcement at the top of the shoulder and at the elbows. Four large front patch pockets- both sides of chest and hips- with snapped flap closures. "EUROWEAR" logo patch on left chest pocket. Silver grommet underarm ventilation.

Condition is very good- this shows wear and use, including some overall fading in a crackle- type pattern, more of a soft black color overall. There is a belt loop on each side seam, though the belt is MIA. The oiled, waxed cotton has a cool feel to the touch, though the jacket is dense and shockingly warm, not too thick or bulky. Built to last a lifetime. Very cool piece!
